- Amendment 002 - Attachment N - Price Proposal Amendment 002 - Solicitation Document (5A-17-A-0002) Amendment 002 - PS Form 8203 - 5A-17-A-0002 The purpose of Amendment 002 is to: - Update Clause B-1 Definitions by removing pre-defined terms in relation to the Statement of Work; - Removal of "Failure to Protect and Safeguard" section from the Irregularities, Damages and Liquidated Damages; - Update "Personnel Screening" language; - Add an additional Contract Line Item (CLIN) and modify an existing CLIN ("Terminal / Ground Handling" changed to "Ground Handling" and "Terminal Handling - Sortation" was added); - Update Attachment N - Price Proposal to account for updated CLINs; and - Extend the Proposal Submission Due Date from July 31, 2017 to August 7, 2017 All changes to the solicitation language are highlighted in green. All other dates, terms, and conditions stated in Solicitation 5A-17-A-0002 remain unchanged.
