- Station Service Switchgear Drawings 480 Station Service Switchgear Specs W9128F-17-T-0066 solicitation The purpose of this project is to upgrade four existing 480 volt switchgear lineups and the replacement of a station service transformers located in the powerhouse. The design includes as an option, three additional switchgear lineups. The work also includes providing direct replacement or retrofill breakers to replace drawout power circuit breakers in the exisiting switchgear. Project Description: The scope of the project is to upgrade 6 existing 480 volt switchgear lineups and the replacement of two station service transformers located in the powerhouse. This is a general summary of the required work and is not all-inclusive. The upgrade of the Station Service include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: 1) Mobilization and demobilization 2) Power Circuit Breakers: Provide low voltage retrofill power circuit breakers 3) Bus Bracing Study: Provide Bus bracing study for 480 VAC Switchgear. 4) Station SErvice Transformers: Provide new station service transformers. 5) Feeder Cables: Provide new 15KV feeder cables. 6) Test all existing feeder cables from the existing 480 VAC Switchgear. 7) Commissioning: Provide commissioning services 8) Remote Racking Device: Provide remote racking device and spare parts for new retrofill breakers. 9) Prepare and furnish Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals. 10) Provide Metering, Relaying, Instrument Transformers. 11) (Option)Bracing Activities To Rerate Existing 480 Vac Switchgear Bus To 65 kA 12) (Option)Provide Low Voltage Retrofill Power Circuit Breakers Evaluation Criteria: Proposers: Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which is located in System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to SAM.
