- Carpet Cleaning Q&A and AT/OPSEC document 1. Carpet cleaning services to be performed twice per year at six different Armed Forces Recruiting Stations located around the Annapolis, MD area. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies required to perform these services. All cleaning procedures and treatment shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and/or listed specification and industry standards applicable to the Professional Cleaning & Restoration Industry. 2. Interested offerors may submit any questions concerning this RFQ via email to aisha.boykin@usace.army.mil no later than 1000 AM EST on 19 July 2017. 3. Attached is an amendment to the carpet cleaning solicitation. It contains the questions and answers as well as the required Antiterrorism/OPSEC document.
