- This project will consist of furnishing all paint, labor, equipment, materials, and expertise to prepare and paint all exterior wall surfaces, windows, doors, downspouts, gutters and assorted features of the Historic Lamar Bathhouse located within Hot Springs National Park. The area of work covers the exterior of the Historic Lamar Bathhouse which has 10,000 square feet of painted surface. There are 138 nine lite wood windows bath casement and sash type, 6 large porch windows and the entrance doors with side lights. The project will require the use of temporary structural or mechanical means to reach the second story of the building. The height of the building is 30' to 40' from the uneven ground areas on all sides. The site location is Hot Springs National Park 515 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR.
