- Attachment Number 1 SF18 Form. Attachment Number 4 New Jersey Wage Determination Attachment Number 2 Statement Of Work SOW. Attachment Number 3 Quote Submittal Worksheet. STATEMENT OF WORK The work shall consist of removing old T12 fluorescent fixtures from all of the facility buildings and replacing with LED fixtures of similar configuration to existing fixtures. In addition, all exterior wall mounted door lighting will be converted to non-destruct LED exterior "sundown or dusk to dawn" light fixtures that illuminate when darkness falls (equipped with photocell and soft white light color). All new dual head LED floodlight fixtures will be motion activated. Light fixtures selected must be of premium grade manufactured by a reputable vendor with preference for EnergyStar efficiency. The brand, appearance, and grade is subject to final approval by the Contract Officer's Representative (COR). Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of old fixtures. Electrical work will be done by a licensed, qualified electrician. All electrical work will be done in accordance with NEC (electrical code). Total Materials Replace 58, T12 fluorescent fixtures with LED fixtures and bulbs (all buildings) Replace 6 existing flood fixtures with 6 new LED dual head motion activated flood fixtures. (Buildings A, C, D, E, Lg. Greenhouse) Install and wire 4 new dual head motion activated flood light fixtures (Buildings C, E, Small Equipment Bldg.) Replace 7 new door standard lights with LED fixtures having a photocell, sundown illumination feature (Buildings F, C, and E, and Sm. Equipment Bldg.) Install 3 new 220 volt receptacles. (Buildings A and D) Install 6 new 110 volt receptacles (Small Equipment Building) Install 8 new for occupancy sensing lighting controls in the main office-conference building (F), staff break room (D) and Headhouse Office/Lab (A). Replace 1 existing 3500/4800 watt electrical wall mounted heater with same type heater. (Pesticide storage area of Shop/Garage Building E) Replace 25 existing grow lights with energy efficient LED grow lights (greenhouses) Replace 20 existing receptacles with GFI Breakdown by Individual Buildings follows: 1. Main Office (Building F) Indoor Light fixtures Replace 21 existing T12 florescent lights with LED fixtures and compatible bulbs of be of premium grade manufactured by a reputable vendor. 6 lights in conference room will be replaced with dimmable LED bulbs and compatible switches. The brand, appearance, and grade is subject to final approval by the Contract Officer's Representative (COR). All main office fixtures should be controlled with occupancy sensing light switches (6) Outdoor lighting Replace 3 main door entrance wall fixtures (2 fixtures on main entrance, one on side employee vestibule entrance) to non-destruct LED exterior "sundown or dusk to dawn" light fixtures that illuminate when darkness falls (equipped with photocell and soft white light color. The employee/foyer entrance light fixture shall be wired to a separate switch to work independently from the indoor light switch. Install and wire 1 new dual head motion activated LED flood light fixture on north side of main office building. Flag pole lighting (near main office) Supply and install 1-LED spot light that is controlled by a photo cell. The existing switchbox mounted on the side of the office building needs to be replaced with a water-proof switch. 2. Headhouse/Office (Building A) Indoor lighting/Electrical Replace 8 existing T12, fluorescent tube lamps with 6 LED lamp fixtures. In addition, 2- 220 volt wall receptacles will be installed to accommodate a mini-split air conditioning unit and a sterile exhaust hood. All main office fixtures should be controlled with occupancy sensing light switches Outdoor Lighting Replace existing 2 existing motion detector flood lights (one west side, one north side) with Dual head LED flood fixtures complete with motion activation. 3. Building E (Shop/Garage/Pesticide Storage) Interior Shop area- Replace 4- T12 fixtures with 4 LED hanging shop style lights. Garage area-Replace 5 existing 200 watt incandescent bulb fixtures with receptacles to accommodate 5 LED hanging shop style light fixtures. Pesticide storage- Replace 2- 4 foot T12 fluorescent fixtures with 1 shop style LED fixture Eliminate sump pump extension cord connection and hard wire the sump pump to existing electrical service controlled with a new switch. Install new 3500/4800 watt electrical wall mounted heater. Exterior Wire and Install 1 new motion activated dual head LED flood fixture to the east side of building above the garage door. Replace existing flood lamp on west side of building with a motion activated LED flood fixture. Replace wall mounted incandescent fixture above the entrance door to a non-destruct LED exterior "sundown or dusk to dawn" light fixture that illuminates when darkness falls (equipped with photocell and soft white light color). 4. Building C (Plant and Seed Processing Building w/coolers) Install and wire 1 new dual head motion activated LED flood light fixture on north side of building. Replace 3 existing wall mounted incandescent door lights to non-destruct LED exterior "sundown or dusk to dawn" light fixtures that illuminate when darkness falls (equipped with photocell and soft white light color). 5. Building D (Breakroom/Lab) Interior Replace 3- 8 foot T12 fluorescent fixtures with compatible LED lamp fixtures and bulbs. All fixtures should be controlled with an occupancy sensing light switch. Exterior Replace 1 existing flood lamp on north side of building with Dual head, motion detector LED fixture. 6. Small Equipment Building Interior Supply and install 4- 4 foot shop style LED light fixtures mounted on the roof rafters controlled by a occupancy sensing switch at the side door on a separate circuit from the existing circuit. Also, supply and install 6, 20 amp GFI receptacles mounted along the wall at an appropriate spacing to allow for service throughout interior perimeter of the building. This work will require 2 additional breakers. Exterior Supply and install wiring for 1-exterior non destruct dual head LED fixture with motion activation control to be mounted above the center garage door on east side of building. Also, a wall mounted non-destruct LED exterior "sundown or dusk to dawn" light fixture shall be mounted above the entrance door to the building that illuminates when darkness falls (equipped with photocell and soft white light color). 7. Large Equipment Building Exterior Install 1 dual head LED motion activated lamp fixture above the entrance door on the east side of the building to the existing electrical box. Wire this light to a separate switch so it works independently from the indoor lights. 8. Large/Small Greenhouse Interior Replace 25 existing grow lights with energy efficient LED grow lights and 4- 4' waterproof fixtures. Replace existing receptacles (20) new GFI receptacles. Exterior Replace existing flood fixture on east side of large greenhouse with a dual head, motion activated LED fixture. 9. Miscellaneous Electrical Requirements, As Needed Based on the existing wiring, outlets, circuits, etc., the Contractor shall install utility/fuse boxes only if absolutely necessary to ensure that all new replacement fixtures are installed in accordance with applicable UL standards, building codes, electrical safety standards, commercial standards, manufacturer recommendations, and other recognized industry standards. In doing so, the Contractor shall implement the safest and most cost-effective methods which are compatible with the existing Government infrastructure. 10. Site Visit. An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday July 31, 2017 @ 11:00 a.m. Local Time at the place of performance.
