- Brand Name J&A Redacted Atch 4 Continuation of Block 13 (DD254) Atch 3 DD254 Atch 2 Incirlik AB CATM B695 Floor Plan Atch 1 Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The United States Air Forces in Europe ( USAFE) has a requirement for the offeror to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to develop a 100% Installation Design Package (IDP) and post-installation As-Built IDP, procurement of equipment/materials, installation, and 100% Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic System Operation and Verification (SOVT) / United States Air Force-Europe (USAFE) Phase 1 - 3 certification of installed Electronic Security System (ESS) component, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) [except for those items specified as Government furnished services (GFS)]. Place of delivery/performance: Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. This is a Firm-Fixed Price requirement. This combined synopsis/solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor for this requirement. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract vehicle in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established.
