- Statement of Work - Deputy Controller for USAID/Malawi USAID/Malawi requests the services of a Supervisory Financial Management Specialist (Deputy Controller) to temporarily fill the position of the US Foreign Service Officer (Deputy Controller) in the Office of Financial Management. The Deputy Controller is the principal Certifying Officer and serves as the focal point for all financial management functions including budgeting, accounting, payments, and financial advisory services to Mission management and staff. Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in the full range of Financial Management functions, including Phoenix accounting, financial analysis, audit liaison and financial reporting.
