- Draft Statement of Work Sources Sought Notice Number Number OPM3517S0002 The purpose of Sources Sought Notice Number OPM3517S0002 is to identify small businesses capable of providing Federal Employees Health Benefits Plan Performance Assessment Services in order to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. We are only seeking responses to this notice from small businesses. We will only evaluate responses from small businesses. This notice is not a solicitation for proposals. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. OPM will treat your response to this notice as information only. Any information you submit in response to this notice is voluntary. All information will become the property of the Government. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Responses must not exceed fifty (50) single-spaced pages. You should not include proprietary information in the response. We will not return responses to this notice. You must email your response to this Sources Sought Notice to Cheryl D. Allen, Contacting Officer at Cheryl.Allen@opm.gov. The Contracting Officer must receive all responses by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. The Contracting Officer must receive all responses by the specified due date and time in order for OPM to consider the response.
