The boat is desired to provide enhanced performance of current capabilities. One boat will be delivered to the East Coast and one to the West Coast. The Dive UB will be procured utilizing a competitive small business set aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined to offer the best value to the Government, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. Any updates and/or changes for this planned procurement, the posting of the RFQ, and any future Amendments to the RFQ, will appear at this FBO website.
