Statement of Work (SOW) - MCC NEW YORK DROP CEILING TILE SUPPLY/INSTALL Request for Quote (RFQP02101700021) - MCC NEW YORK DROP CEILING TILE SUPPLY/INSTALL Combined Solicitation - MCC NEW YORK DROP CEILING TILE SUPPLY/INSTALL U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Correctional Center 150 Park Row New York, NY 10007 July 24, 2017 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Drop Ceiling Tile Supply/Install at Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) New York, 150 Park Row, New York, NY 10007. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote(s) are being requested. The solicitation number is RFQP02101700021 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). PLEASE READ THROUGH ITS ENTIRITY. Solicitation is a 100 % small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 238310 Provide Equipment, installation, material, management, and incidental for the replacement of the 2nd and 3rd floor corridor ceilings (apprx. 1,900 square feet) at Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) New York, 150 Park Row, New York, NY 10007. Site Visit / Walk-through Meeting (Attendance is Optional) will be conducted on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. ** If you intend to attend the site visit/walk-through meeting, please contact Charles Bekgran for background checks prior to 3:00PM EST Friday, July 28, 2017. Answers will be posted to FBO.gov prior to close of the solicitation. Quoter(s) are advised the government reserves the right to make single awards. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, is conforming to the solicitation. Evaluation Factors are Past Performance, Price, and Delivery. Past performance is significantly more important than price and non-price related factors. Award will be based on the best value to the Government considering the evaluation factors listed above. Best value may be determined using tradeoffs among the evaluation factors, so that award may be made to other than the lowest-priced offer. Vendors who submit an offer concurs that delivery date can be met, unless otherwise noted. ALL QUOTES MUST MEET SPECIFICATIONS. The completed package/quote should be returned/submited no later than 9:00 A.M. EST, Thursday, August 10, 2017.
