- VA245-17-Q-0228: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the ministry department of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25405. This procurement is unrestricted, but shall use cascading evaluation of offers. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall provide Worship Leader Services that includes providing musical services to guest at the Martinsburg WV, VAMC. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 813110, size standard $7.5. Prospective Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) must be registered and current in Veterans Information Pages (VIP), website: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. SDVOSB firms that submit bid/offers that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. All prospective firms must be registered in the System of Award Management www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 24 July 2017. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issues amendments from www.fbo.gov. Offers will be accepted till 31 July 2017, at 2:00 PM EST.
