Description
Solicitation Modification added 7/24/2017 Question #3 : Can you please ask the end user what chassis they spec'd this off of. No systems I know of have an 80 bay chassis, and if it is a SM 90 (which has the exact depth specified) I think there might be a mistake on the specifications. Answer #3 : The minimum specification was not based on a single chassis. Multiple chassis are acceptable as long as they provide a minimum of 80 bays. ** Answer to Question 3 updated ** Question #4 : Are there ruggedization/environmental requirements of shock, vibe, temp for these servers? Answer #4 : There are no special requirements for a ruggedized system with shock, vibe, and temp requirements. These systems will be installed in racks located inside an air conditioned computer room.
