Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. NOTE: TO QUALIFY SDVOSB AND VOSB VENDORS MUST BE CERTIFIED IN THE VA VENDOR INFORMATION PAGES (VIP) DATABASE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212. Any SDVOSB or VOSB firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than NOON PM Central Time, July 31, 2017. Notification shall be e-mailed to Robyn Nussbaum, at Robyn.Nussbaum@va.gov. SCOPE: Contractor shall provide all Cleo STREEM Solution System Upgrades to meet government security requirements and provide continued maintenance and software support for Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), West Texas VA Health Care System Big Spring, TX (WTVAHCS), and El Paso VA Health Care System (EVAHCS). See each facility s individual requirement on attached schedules. In addition to Streem Platinum Plus Production System Assurance (24X7 Support Coverage) and Streem Secure File Transfer Server Software with FIPS Libraries Annual Support for each station, the contractor must provide required upgrade to all components to complete the existing system. Contract must include software upgrades, maintenance and service support, a Service Satisfaction Guarantee (not warranty related) from the manufacturer that includes pickup and disposal of equipment that has malfunctioned, or deemed not repairable, is replaced and installed with a new server in accordance with manufacturers specifications. The contractor will respond to the point of contact (POC) or designated person within 4 business hours of the initial contact. b.
