- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Contracting Division, awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award task order type contract for Recovered Chemical Materiel Directorate (RCMD) Program Management, Mission, Operational Support with a one (1) year base year and four (4) one (1) year option years on 18 July 2017. The contract will provide services in support of the Chemical Material Agency (CMA) mission such as broad programmatic and operational planning support divided into three (3) areas: (1) program management support for establishing the cost estimates, budgetary documents, program schedules, analysis, and briefing packages required for RCMD to manage and integrate the activities required to accomplish its mission areas, (2) mission support consisting of knowledge management required for RCMD to accomplish its mission areas, and (3) operational support for assessment, storage, transportation, and destruction plans; munitions assessment and the munitions assessment review board; destruction operations support; research and development testing support; safety support, analysis, and monitoring activities required to accomplish specific operational assignments and / or equipment development / evaluation activities. Task orders will be issued on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion basis or Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The contract minimum quantity/value is $2,500 and the maximum quantity/value is $49,900,000.
