- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to enter into a single source contract with Cochlear Americas Corporation. Cochlear will provide Cochlear implant model C1522 and peripheral surgery equipment for a surgery taking place on 31 Jul7 2017. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 24 July 2017 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
