- Wage Grade Determination Restroom Specifications Solicitation/Synopsis The Department of Agriculture, US Forest Service, Central California Acquisition Services Area has a requirement for one (1) Purchase, Deliver and Install of 1 Prefabricated 4 stall flush unisex bathroom with water fountain building to the Meeks Bay Resort on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project consists of supply, delivery and install of one prefabricated restroom. This restroom building will be installed at Meeks Bay Resort, near Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe within the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit.
