- Visitor's Request Worksheet Solicitation W91242-17-Q-0992 0001 C-130 ISO Stand Relocation SOW 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation Number: W91242-17-Q-0992 is issued as a Request for Quotation. 3. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Effective 02-July-2015. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20150602, Effective 02-June-2015. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2015-0406, Effective 06-April-2015. 4. This acquisition is issued as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code specified for this requirement is 336413. 5. Contract Line Item Numbers 0001 - C-130 ISO PLATFORM RELOCATION FROM CHARLOTTE, NC TO GREAT FALLS, MT. (See attached Statement of Work) 6. Description of requirement: North Carolina Air National Guard is contracting all material, labor, transportation, assembly and training to relocate a full wrap C-130 ISO Maintenance Platform from the North Carolina Air National Guard base in Charlotte, NC to the Montana Air National Guard base in Great Falls, MT. The platforms shall be disassembled, relocated, reassembled, inspected and when necessary repaired to meet the standards below. Final acceptance of the platform assembly will take place after all components have been inspected, tested and customer training is conducted. 7. Period of performance: All work is to be completed, to include cleanup, no later than 30 calendar days from date of award. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9. Site visit will be held on Thursday 10 August 2017 starting at 9:00am EST at the 145th Airlift Wing, 4930 Minuteman Way, (building 63 conference room) Charlotte, NC 28208. All those interested in attending must send an email to Bryant.K.Alexander.mil@mail.mil NLT Monday 7 August 2017 at 2:00pm EST with their intent to be at the site visit. 10. The Government advises offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 11. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 12. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 13.
