- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request For Quotation (RFQ) number: SP0600-17-Q-0426. (iii) This RFQ solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120 with a small business standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is a total (100%) small business set a side and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. (v) All quotes shall be in accordance with FAR 52.247-34, FOB Destination: Item Description: Line Item Item Description Qty Unit Unit Price Amount (in dollars) 0001 Oil Daily- Web Full Access 1 User 1 EA 0002 Petroleum Intelligence Weekly - Web Full Access 1 User 1 EA 0003 Jet Fuel Intelligence- Web Full Access 1 User 1 EA 0004 Oil Market Intelligence - Web Full Access 1 User 1 EA TOTAL (vi) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)-Energy is seeking a response to this RFQ for the purchase of one-year online subscriptions to Oil Daily, Petroleum Intelligence Weekly, Jet fuel Intelligence, and Oil Market Intelligence for one user, that provides personnel resources, information and ability to execute contracts on behalf of the United States. (vii) The Period of Performance is from 8/30/2017 thru 8/31/2018; delivered via electronic means to Defense Logistics Agency - Energy. (viii) The following FAR Clause provision applies to this solicitation and is hereby incorporated by reference; FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2017). (ix) Responsible offerors will be evaluated on price alone. All quotes submitted shall be an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE. No exceptions or additional terms will be accepted. (x) Interested offerors should submit a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jan 2017). The full text is attached to this notice.
