- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Notice of Intent to Sole Source Q-Flow components July 25, 2017 FROM: 21 CONS/LGCBA 135 Dover Street, Suite 2225 Peterson AFB, CO 80914-1055 SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE 1. 21ST Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to ACF Technologies, Inc., the sole provider to the Government for Q-Flow patient queuing system components, as authorized by the manufacturer. 2. The procurement is for a patient intake kiosk system to include touch screen kiosks with barcode scanner for patient reception, Agent Licenses (shared between location windows and pharmacy tech users), Manager Licenses, Media players with HDMI kits to interface with four TVs (provided by requiring agency), to be installed at Peterson AFB, CO. Once installed, the components must be able to interface with an existing server already owned by the Government. 3. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 339950, Sign Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) is 9905 Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates. 4. This purchase will be made under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 1901, using "Other than Full and Open Competition" as authorized by FAR 13.501 (a) Sole Source Acquisitions. 5. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. 6. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above requirement may submit documentation with proof they can provide the maintenance services outlined in paragraph 1 of this document. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 7. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. 8. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this sole source notice of intent. 9.
