- Description
- Radio Amplifier- Single Source J & A (Signed) The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase to Ultralife Corp. for the repair of 14 A-350 radio amplifiers to full and operational status and to provide 50 watts of output for the existing PRC-117 radios. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b) & FAR 6.302-1(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
