GENERAL: The VA is seeking to purchase brand name Swift Space Unified Work Centers. Complete integrated workstation mobile desks that ship fully assembled and can be delivered by one single individual. Accessories are packed separately and place in the field. Workstations are compact in their unused storage position and require no tools to assemble. Ship to an installation company for receipt and scheduled delivery estimated Jan 1, 2018 at Macon Bibb County CBOC 5580 Thomas Ave. Macon, Ga 31026. Minimum Requirements: This specification establishes the minimum requirements for the acquisition of all materials needed to order these 15 complete mobile workstations. Contractor Responsibility: This order will be an awarded held order by the vender and shipped to meet the construction completion date as close as possible. The vender shall be responsible for providing acknowledgements with arrival date or ship dates as soon as the manufacture has confirmed based on the VA and building contractors schedule provided. Vender is to communicate on all electrical installation needs with the Construction Managers, Inc. a Design Build Management service contracted by the VA to build this new clinic. Vender is to communicate with the COR these dates and work progress. Contractor shall be responsible for labor to receive, deliver, assemble and install furniture, remove trash from facility on a scheduled date provided by the VA 1 week in advance. Contractor to provide a period of up to 30 days that the shipment can remain at the installation warehouse once arrived prior to delivery to the site. In the event that construction is delayed the VA will compensate storage cost per sf as needed until delivery can be scheduled. Production and shipment from the factory is to be held after award to meet the delivery date and not prior. Contractor is permitted to provide all products from a single GSA supplier. Payment is to be provided to a single prime contractor. 2. CONTRACTOR PROPOSAL: The contractor shall submit the following information with the proposal. Failure to provide the requested documentation in this paragraph may result in non-compliance. Compliance Documentation. Contractor shall provide documentation to demonstrate compliance. Product Technical Evaluation Compliance Documentation: Contractor shall provide manufacturer literature or other evidence to demonstrate compliance with all of the technical requirements specified in Technical Specifications in Section 3 (Product Technical Specifications) in this performance work statement. The statement shall reference each section or sub-section number and identify in the accompanying literature where the item is addressed. Failure to adequately demonstrate compliance on all Technical Specification requirements may result in non-compliance. Please Note: Product technical compliance must be demonstrated with manufacturer s literature or other definitive proof such as photographs or product demo s and samples. A simple Contractor meets specifications statement is unacceptable and may be considered non-compliant. Deviation Statement: There shall be a written deviation statement provided by the contractor in their submittal addressing any deviations to any section of the PWS. Manufacturer s Literature. Catalog: Contractor shall provide a current copy of the manufacturer s GSA catalog for the product(s) being quoted.. Warranties: The vender shall furnish complete copies of the manufacturer s warranties for all products quoted. Parts List and Descriptions: Contractor shall provide a detailed parts list indicating all necessary component part numbers with descriptions and quantities. 3. PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Compliance must be demonstrated as explained in Section 2.1.1. Failure to meet these requirements will be considered non-responsive. Acceptance by the Government of a lesser item in your bid does not clear you of meeting these requirements when the error is discovered at the price you bid. The Government reserves the right to withhold future awards to your firm it is discovered you are trying to provide inferior products as replacements. 4.
