Description

NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to: Bruker AXS Inc This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with Bruker AXS Inc, 5465 East Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711-5373 for Maintenance of Bruker Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code: 811219, FSC Code: J099 and Size Standard: $20.5 Million. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 11 August 2017. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields at jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
