- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DLA TROOP SUPPORT PACIFIC REFERENCE NUMBER: DLATSP-17-SS-0010 TITLE OF REQUIREMENT: VITEK 2 Coagulation Analyzer & VITEK 2 Compatible Medical Supply Items DLA TROOP SUPPORT PACIFIC LOCATION: Okinawa, Japan Sources Sought Publication Date: July 25, 2017 •1. Requirement : The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify LOCAL sources capable of fulfilling a requirement for the procurement and delivery of CLASS VIII, Medical supplies, materials and equipment items in support of the United States Naval Hospital (USNH), located in Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide a new VITEK 2 Coagulation Analyzer to the USNH Okinawa Laboratory. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide all VITEK 2 Compatible Medical Supply Items listed in the attached for use with the Contractor-provided VITEK 2 Coagulation Analyzer. The contractor shall perform to the standards stated within this contract. •2. Period of Performance : The initial ordering period will extend over a 12-month period, commencing on dates to be determined. The first delivery under this contract will be on or before 30 September 2017. Subsequent deliveries will follow a Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedule has not been determined at this time. The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base consisting of 12 consecutive months, followed by four (4) one-year ordering periods for a total of five (5) possible contract terms. •3. Delivery Location : United States Naval Hospital (USNH) Okinawa Laboratory Department Camp Foster, Building 960, Tarawa Rd. Contract Type : DLA Troop Support Pacific contemplates a Firm-Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a base period of 12 months, followed by four (4) additional 12-month ordering periods. For a contract period not to exceed five (5) years. •5. NAICS Code : The applicable North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code is 325412; Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. This United States (U.S.) industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing in-vivo diagnostic substances and pharmaceutical preparations (except biological) intended for internal and external consumption in dose forms, such as ampoules, tablets, capsules, vials, ointments, powders, solutions, and suspensions. •6.
