AMENDMENT #2 ITMEIZED LIST-REVISED AMENDMENT #1 AMENDMENT #4 REVISED ITEMIZED LIST SPECIFICATIONS REVISED PWS REVISED AMENDMENT #3 SPACE DRAWINGS AMENDMENT #5 EVALUATION CRITERIS INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS WAWF ITEMIZED LIST SPACE DRAWINGS PWS M00318-17-T-0015 The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for traditional executive office furniture for Camp Smith, Hawaii. CLIN 0001 Phase 1-CG Office CLIN 0002 Phase 2-CoS Office CLIN 0003 Phase 3-Ssec Office CLIN 0004 Phase 4-Protocol Office CLIN 0005 Freight CLIN 0006 Removal of current furniture CLIN 0007 Deliver and Installation of new furniture. The government seeks a contractor to procure and install new traditional executive office, wood veneer furniture and any associated furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) for the Commander, Marine Forces Pacific. This includes four office spaces which will be installed in four separate phases: 1) Commander's Office, 2) Chief of Staff Office, 3) Staff Secretary Office, 4) Protocol Office. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotation are those in effect through FAC 2005-95. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-17-T-0015The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) and the small business size standard for this procurement is 337211 and 500 employees respectively. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the offerors: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (IAW 52.212-2 Evaluation-commercial items) responsive responsible offeror with an acceptable past performance (by reviewing the PPIRS database). Offerors shall provide the following with their quote: (1) RFQ - M00318-17-T-0015. (2) A copy of a completed Offeror Representation and Certifications (FAR provision 52.212-3) document. (3) Offeror Information (4) FFE cut sheets, drawings, specifications, etc. to show how the furniture and FFE matches the requirements stated here or propose alternate equivalents. The RFQ will be available on or around 25 July 2017.
