SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SPECIAL NOTICE: SOURCES SOUGHT & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests to include an invite to further explain/demonstrate aspects of their proposed approach. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The United States Department of Labor (DOL) is conducting market research to determine feasibility for a potential procurement requirement. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from industry vendors regarding their interest, capabilities, and recommendations in developing proposals for a contemplated effort for ACM testing and Air Sampling Support services for the Department of Labor (DOL). This notice is for procurement planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposals/quotes, solicitation, or commitment on the part of the Government to issue any future solicitation.
