- The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (Corps) will soon solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to acquire an NRHP archaeological determination of eligibility (DOE) of 45KL328 within the John Day Project Boundaries. Site 45KL328 is located on the north shore at the confluence of the Columbia River and Alderdale Creek on land owned by the Corps. The solicitation is expected to be posted on 27 July 2017, and will likely close on 10 August 2017. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
