- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Lafayette Delineated Area: North: Butcher Switch Road. West: Ambassador Caffery south to Johnston southwest to Fountain Bend. East: Pinhook from Kaliste Saloom to Interstate 49. South: Fountain Bend from Johnston to Kaliste Saloom to Pinhook Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,214 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,214 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 25 Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 12 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lafayette, Louisiana, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
