Description

VA246-17-Q-1590 659-17-3-931-0066 The Salisbury VA Medical Center intends to enter into Brand Name Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference VA246-17-Q-1590. This request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The Network Contracting Office 6-SAO East intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide the V Mueller manufactured items. The stainless steel instruments are used for grasping, cutting, holding tissue, occluding vessels as required during the course of the surgical procedure. The instruments have been selected for size and design as needed for specific purposes during the surgery. The vascular instruments have been specifically selected for jaw design to occlude or partially occlude vessels during vascular procedures. Forceps are specially designed for grasping vessels.
