The United States Government is looking for 1,350 to 1,650 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous space. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, handicap accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a flood zone. Notwithstanding the minimum and maximum ABOA requirements indicated above, space shall not exceed 1,897 rentable square feet (RSF). Parking facilities should meet local code and provide enough visitor parking per percentage of occupancy. The space should be located in the Wauwatosa city limits with attractive professional surroundings. Submission Requirements - Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1. building name/address/building ownership information; 2. location of space in the building and date it will be available; 3. estimated rental rate per square foot, specifying shell rate, operating rate (utilities), and tenant improvement costs included as part of the rental rate; 4. ANSI/BOMA defined office area (ABOA); rentable square feet (RSF) offered 5. one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered (electronic, Auto-CAD); 6. name, address, telephone number and email address of authorized contact; 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building
