Description

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Duo-Gard Industries. NAICS Code 332312 Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, due to the unique and complex capabilities of the requirement. Duo-Gard Industries meets the latency constraints within the VA. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
