- Description
- The Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is one of two major components of the General Services Administration (GSA). The Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE) National Marketing and Communication Division (NMCD) is a component of FAS and directs and manages customer outreach to promote value-added products and services available to government customers and ensure cost efficiencies for taxpayers. These responsibilities include the functions of commercial email, triggered email, relationship email, social media posting, and subscription management, Additionally, list management, segmentation and targeting and lead management and full analytics are part of these activities. GSA currently is using the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform as the core platform to accomplish these functions. GSA also uses the Salesforce Platform as our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). The Oracle Eloqua Platform is currently running multiple APIs to the platform which requires the platform to meet the security requirements to connect to the SalesForce Government Cloud. The APIs are critical as Oracle Eloqua consolidates information from various platform and public tiers. It is the middle tier system between the Salesforce CRM and other enterpise systems. GSA is utilizing Enautics Meeting Sync Enterprises: Meetings & Webinars to automate connections between Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Meeting Space and Salesforce CRM. GSA's goal is to continue use of the established Oracle Eloqua service platform and Enautics Meeting Sync Enterprises: Meetings & Webinars. 2.0 SCOPE GSA is seeking to procure access to the following: Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform: •● Oracle Eloqua Marketing Standard Cloud Service up to 1M contacts •● Oracle Eloqua Standard Additional Test Environment Cloud Service •● Oracle Eloqua SSL Certificate Self Purchase - Certificate Enautics Meeting Sync Enterprises: Meetings & Webinars •● Adobe Connect attendance data sync to Eloqua. (HSTS, & Event Sync Feature) •● Extra User Seats (up to 9 users) Technical Help Desk and Support Professional Services for both platforms The platforms must fully integrate with the GSA Salesforce CRM environment through multiple APIs. The platforms must meet the security requirements to connect to the SF Government Cloud.
