- Solicitation Mini Excavator Purchase for the Bridger-Teton NF General Information Document Type: K - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Type: RFQ Posted Date: 07/27/2017 Response Date: 08/14/2017 NAICS Code: 333120 Set-Aside Total Small Business Solicitation No.: AG-02NV-S-17-0151 Contracting Office Address Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, IDAWY Acquisition Service Center, 1405 Hollipark Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-02NV-S-17-0151; proposal due date is August 14, 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 95, effective as of January 19, 2017. Attached, you will find a Schedule of Items to procure a mini excavator for the Bridger-Teton National Forest, Quotes are due no later than 1:00 pm MST, August 14, 2017 please provide a price and any additional product literature. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, delivery date and product meeting specifications. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are equal to price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All proposals shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price, vendors experience and past performance. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333120. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, employment shall not exceed 1,250 employees.
