Description

Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Defense Health Agency (DHA), Contracting Office-National Capital Region-(CO-NCR), Falls Church, VA intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercial items/services to multiple vendors for medical implants, components, instruments, and all associated items from vendors' commercial catalog/pricelist, as needed. The supplies/services will generally fall with Federal Supply Classes (FSC) such as: 6505, 6506, 6515, 6520, J065, J070 as these classes and other not listed, apply to medical and hospital needs or requirements. These agreements may be issued for five (5) years. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirement Not Later Than (NLT): August 16, 2017. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received relative to the above notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to establish future Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Agreements will include but are not limited to coverage of the following Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), Walter Reed National Medical Center (WRNMMC), and any Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) in the near future. Notes: This document is not legally binding and it does not commit the US Government in anyway, all cost associated with responding to this Special Notice will be solely at the interested vendor's expense.
