- Solicitation Clause_TERMS AND CONDITIONS Attachment 4_Map_Nakamura US Courthouse Attachment 3_Past Performance Info Sheet Attachment 2_SF Form 18, Request for Quote Attachment 1_PWS_Nakamura Grounds RFQ EQ10PMBB-4-17-0008 Nakamura Gorunds Maint General Services Administration, Region 10, is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for Grounds Maintenance at Nakamura Federal Courthouse, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Suite 107, Seattle WA 98104. The anticipated contract award will require all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to perform grounds maintenance and related services. No Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for this acquisition. Site visit shall be conducted not later than August 9, 2017 and can be scheduled upon request by contacting Jose Domingo @ jose.domingo@gsa.gov or Matt Nadeau @ matthew.nadeau@gsa.gov to arrange date and time for the site visit. Proposals must be received by the Government by August 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please review the additional attachments for more details.
