THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is not a request for proposals. The SAVAHCS Audiology clinic requires replacement of its vestibular testing equipment used for Videonystagmography (VNG) diagnostic testing system. The current system in use is the ICS Chartr 200 which includes a water caloric stimulator, video goggles, lap top and accompanying software. The scope of this award includes the equipment, software, installation, in-service and biomedical staff training. Deliverables: Video goggles: Four channel tracking right and left eyes in both the horizontal and vertical planes Start button built into the infrared goggles in order to start recordings with positionting patients heads during dynamic positioning testing Automatic eye centering capability Wall mounted flat screen for near full field optikinetic tracking testing Water caloric stimulator: Compact size to save space and reduce amount of distilled water used to operate Computer: Tower PC with accompanying monitor, keyboard, mouse, software and 23 monitor Installation & training Award to include installation Award to include in-service for SAVAHCS Audiology staff Performance maintenance training for SAVAHCS Biomedical staff desirable but not mandatory Minimum one year warrantee on parts and equipment Supplier will install equipment in the SAVAHCS Audiology department within 30 days of award. Supplier will conduct an in-service to the SAVAHCS Audiology staff within one week of install. Supplier will provide a one day equipment maintenance training to one SAVAHCS Biomedical Engineering staff person. If training is provided offsite the vendor will assume any travel, lodging and per diem costs that may be associated with the training. Training onsite at SAVAHCS is acceptable.
