- Clauses, full text Clauses, full text This are the Minimum Specifications needed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, full and open (no set-asides). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-17-Q-8022, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87, effective 16 November 2016. The NAICS code is 334118 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The basis for award is price. The following commodity item is requested in this solicitation: Contract line item numbers (CLIN) and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001, Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) Analyzer (DPA), per the attached Minimum Specifications, Required Delivery Date (30 September, 2017), Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 1 each; Descriptions: CLIN 0001,: Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) Analyzer (DPA) as described per the attached Minimum Specifications document.
