W912P9-17-Q-1010, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-17-Q-1010 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 19 Jan 2017. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335921, Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Offeror meeting the technical specifications. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award and provide the quote on company letterhead. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
