Attachment H - SF 1019A - Subcontracting Plan Attachment G - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment F - WD No. 2015-5231 Attachment E - Certificate Regarding Lobbying - FAR 3.804 Attachment D - 75D-07.0-04 EHS Contractor Requirements Attachment C - Statement of Work - EDM VIS Attachment B - Measuring Sample Specification Attachment A - NDA RFP - 2031ZA17R00013 - EDM Vision Inspection System The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement to purchase one (1) Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Vision Inspection System, with an option for an additional system, for use in the inspection of surface pieces produced in BEP EDM operations. Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supplies, management, supervision and all other associated services, (i.e. delivery, transportation, training and travel) necessary to supply, deliver and install a new EDM Vision Inspection System for the BEP Eastern Currency Facility located in Washington D.C. An option will be included to purchase one additional EDM Vision Inspection System six (6) months after the installation and final acceptance of the first system. Attached please see Statement of Work for full details. The Government will host an initial site visit. Contractor shall complete a pre-installation survey to determine the appropriate dimensions to complete installation no later than two weeks after award. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This requirement is not set-aside; it is being issued full and open. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. KEY IMPORTANT DATES UNDER THIS SOLICITATION: SITE VISIT FAR 52.237-1, SITE VISIT (APR 1984) Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of provision) Due to the nature and complexity of this requirement contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit to familiarize themselves with the facility, and verify all measurements. The site visit will take place at the BEP Washington D.C. Facility. The site visit will be conducted for all interested offerors promptly at 11:00 am EST on Monday, 07 August 2017. Interested vendors shall meet at: Bureau of Engraving and Printing Eastern Currency Facility D Street, Between 13th & 14th St., S.W. Washington, DC 20228 Interested parties who are confirmed to this visit should be at the 14th Street entrance no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the visit. Note: Parking will NOT be provided for this site visit. There's limited parking around the area due to construction. Please plan accordingly. All interested vendors attending the site visit will need to forward the full name of the representative who will be attending as it appears on their Identification (i.e. Driver License or Passport) to Millie Cortes and Brandon Wilson via E-mail no later than 2:00 pm EST Thursday, 03 August 2017 at milagros.cortes@bep.gov and Brandon.Wilson@bep.gov GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL -SAMPLE REQUEST FOR TESTING AND REPORTING To request the sample, as documented on the Statement of Work, Section C.7; Offerors shall email the Contract Specialist, Brandon Wilson at Brandon.Wilson@bep.gov by no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, 08 August 2017. Vendor must submit their mailing address where samples must be mailed to along with the Point Contact to whom the samples should be sent to. Vendors are to send their email request for Samples Request in the following format: Subject: "RFP No. 2031ZA17R00013-Sample Request" Name and Last Name of Point of Contact Receiving the Samples Mailing Address City, State Zip Code CLARIFICATIONS Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to Milagros.Cortes@bep.gov and Brandon.Wilson@bep.gov later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Thursday, 17 August 2017. The Offeror shall note in the email subject line the "2031ZA17R00013" Request for Clarification."
