Description

Solicitation document Individual waiver to the Nonmanufacturer Rule Pricing matrix The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to establish a multi-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in order to maintain a collection of vacuum pumps to serve as a spare parts for a variety of nanofabrication equipment in support of nanofabrication research and development in the Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology (CNST), NIST's nanotechnology user facility. The pumps will be used to sustain tools in the NanoFab, operated as a shared resource accessible to researchers from industry, academia, NIST, and other government agencies, ranging from nanolithography novices to experts in the field.
