- Solicitation Number: W911S8-17-T-0015 Special Notice: Sources Sought Notice for Information Only This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing information provided under this Sources Sought Notice. Responses will assist the Government in determining potential responsible sources and to determine the technical capability of the industry. Background MICC, JBLM is seeking potential sources to provide monthly maintenance, upgrade, service level support, and bi-annual webinar training on the Q-Flow Patient Queuing System version V5.8.110.27284. The Government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents will not be made available. Instructions to Potential Respondents Companies that desire to respond to this sources sought notice are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the technology, qualifications, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirements. The response should discuss the company's ability to adapt and/or provide existing technologies that have the required capabilities. Specifically, any interested companies are requested to provide the following information: 1) Name of Company 2) Business CAGE code 3) Point of contact and phone number 4) Company certifications (e.g. ISO-9001, ASI-9100, CMMI) 5) A brief summary of the company's experience and past performance within the past 3 years as it relates to this requirement. Each company experience (Government or commercial) should include - (a) name of the project; (b) brief description of the project; and (c) the relevance of the contract/project to the requirement in this notice. 6) Reference the solicitation number BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above listed services are hereby invited to submit a response to this notice to SSG Surla, Justino by 12 pm (PDT) on 4 August 2017.
