- Section 508 OCC Conflict of Interest Past Performance Questionnaire Non-Disclosure Form Statement of Work Pricing Table Parts I - IV This is the solicitation notice is for OCC News Brief Clip Service and Analytics ( RFQ CC17HQQ0107 ). The OCC requires a service to provide for the daily preparation of an early morning news briefing that summarizes, and provides links to, top news relevant to the OCC. In addition, OCC requires a more comprehensive morning media briefing that summarizes and provides links to news that is relevant to the OCC. The contractor shall prepare and distribute the news briefings to OCC employees via e-mail, and maintain an e-mail subscription service for the news briefings. In addition, the OCC requires the contractor to analyze the coverage for reach, tone, topic, prominence, value, source and type, provide analytics that are accessible online daily, and operate and maintain a searchable archive of the news briefings. This requirement is being competed as an open market procurement. Please carefully review the solicitation in its entirety (all attachments). The solicitation includes the following documents: 1. RFQ CC17HQQ0101 - OCC News Brief Clip Service and Analytics 2. Attachment 1 - Pricing Table 3. Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW) 4. Attachment 3 - Conditional Access to Sensitive But Unclassified Information Non-Disclosure Agreement (Required to be signed after award) 5. Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire 6. Attachment 5 - (OCC) Conflict of Interest Disclosure and Certification Provision (1052.209-8001) 7. Attachment 6 - (OCC) Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Provision (1052.239-8001) Questions Regarding the RFQ : All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted by e-mail to Azita.Mamdouhi@occ.treas.gov by August 2, 2017 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Please label this e-mail as "RFQ CC17HQQ0105 - <Insert Contractor Name Here> Questions". The quoter's quotation in response to this RFQ shall be sent via email to Azita.Mamdouhi@occ.treas.gov. August 11, 2017 at 3:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET). Quotes received after the above date and time, or received at any other location, will not be considered. ATTENTION : As this solicitation allows for submission of quotes via electronic commerce, please understand that any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is "late" and will not be considered unless it is received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late offer would not unduly delay the acquisition; and if it was transmitted through an electronic commerce method authorized by the solicitation, it was received at the initial point of entry to the Government infrastructure not later than 5:00 p.m. one working day prior to the date specified for receipt of offers. Quoters may request confirmation of receipt of their quote prior to the solicitation closing date/time, by submitting a separate email to Azita.Mamdouhi@occ.treas.gov.
