Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) The broad objective of The Impact of Integrated CBT-I and PE on Sleep and PTSD Outcomes led by Dr. Peter Colvonen is to determine whether integrating evidence based sleep treatment (CBTI- PE) improve sleep, PTSD, and quality of life outcomes in Veterans with PTSD and insomnia. CBTI-PE will be compared to a control sleep education component plus PE (Hygiene-PE). The study is ongoing and recruitment is expected to end by the year 2021. The VASDHS is seeking additional supplies in order to efficiently run the research study. With the addition of two (2) portable sleep monitoring systems (Nox-T3), veteran-participants will be screened for eligibility more efficiently and will be able to begin treatment for sleep and PTSD symptoms without the delay of waiting for other veteran-participants to be screened. Responses to this RFQ must be in writing. The NAICS for this requirement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Interested and capable Contractors should respond to this notice not later than 12:00 PM (Noon) August 4th, 2017, by providing the following via email only to: Contract Specialist, timothy.wanamaker@va.gov 4.
