- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of supplies contract for PN: 2803-13619-40, Seal, Door, (qty. 138 ea.) and PN: 2803-13618-40, Seal, Door, (qty. 184 ea.) to Critical Solutions International, CSI, 2284 Clements Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29492-8539, Cage Code: 1N5S7. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer (to Critical Solutions International). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation W911N2-17-Q-0058 will be released on or about 14 AUG 2017, with a closing date on or about 29 AUG 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 14 AUG 2017. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
