Description

This project is to build and install a new electrical substation in building A which is intended to be similar to the substation in Building D. This will involve some demolition, concrete, masonry, electrical and mechanical work for the build out and installation proposed on the third floor in Building A Estimated range is from $1,000,000 to $9,000,000. The NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 AND AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS IS $36.5 MILLION OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED.This is a source selection procurement requiring bothtechnical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the offeror proposing the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal. The technical evaluation factors are anticipated to be as follows: Factor l, Technical capability, Project plan, Factor 2. Past performance.
