THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the removal and installation of lift systems at: Asheville Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: The moving of ceiling lifts from non-clinical areas to clinical areas If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. In response, please include the following: Company name and DUN # POC information Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) Capabilities Statement to provide required service Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, (g) Project titles, (h) Dollar amounts (i) Points of contact and telephone numbers (j) Past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers (k) At least two references are requested, but more are desirable responses to this notice should also identify whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories listed above All capable Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail via email to: warren.pennil@va.gov If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). The NAICS 238290 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $15.0 Million. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. Your response is required by: 12:00 noon, 2 August 2017
