- PWS This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for ISO 9001:2008 support for Join Munitions Command (JMC) Headquarters, Rock Island, in accordance with Attachment 0001-ISO Audit Performance Work Statement dated 06 June 2017. This combined synopsis solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price, type of contract with a base and up to 3 additional option years (4 years total contract), as outlined in Attachment 0001. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-17-T-LO05 is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0002-Contract Clauses and Provisions. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that provides the minimum material submission requirements as outlined in section 4.1 of Attachment 0001. Pricing shall be submitted on Attachment 0004-Price Evaluation Sheet. Contractors shall submit prices for all services listed within attachment 0001 to be considered for award. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 541611 Size Standard: 15 Million The following attachments are hereby incorporated by reference: Attachment 0001-ISO Audit Performance Work Statement Attachment 0002-Contract Clauses and Provisions Attachment 0003-ACC-RI POC List Attachment 0004-Price Evaluation Spreadsheet-JMC ISO Quotes and accreditation are due by 5:00PM CST, 11 Aug 2017 in electronic format to Larry Owens, 309-782-2791, larry.w.owens4.civ@mail.mil The following documents shall be included with your quote: - A letter from its accreditation body certifying that the accreditation body is in compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2004 - A valid certificate of accreditation from its accreditation body which demonstrates compliance with ISO/IEC 17021 - A completed copy of Attachment 0004 - Price Evaluation is required with your submission.
