- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement in support of the Army Community Service (ACS) in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement is to advertise 30 and 10 second ACS commercials that will be broadcasted on a variety of cable television news channels/mobile formats and in local areas known to contain a high population of military families. These areas include Fort Bragg / Fayetteville /Cumberland County and the surrounding counties of Harnett, Lee, Hoke, Moore, Robeson, and Johnston. The commercial, in both the 30 and the 10 second format, shall be broadcasted on national and local news channels a minimum of 20 times and a maximum of 30 times per week on each channel during a 52 week period. The commercial will be shown on: - A National News Channel, which is broadcast in the counties/areas listed above from Monday through Sunday from 5am to 12am. - A Local News Channel, which is broadcast in the counties/areas listed above from Monday through Sunday from 5am to 12pm. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for this requirement. This acquisition will be solicited under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 515120, "Television Broadcasting" with a small business size standard of $38.5M. MICC - Fort Bragg anticipates issuing Request for Proposal (RFQ) W91247-17-T-0006 on or about 07 August 2017 but no later than 18 August 2017. Please note these dates are subject to change. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. No paper copies of the RFQ will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active.
