THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO20 is conducting market research to determine the availability for Data Analytics for virtual diagnosis and treatment compared to in-clinic care for patients at risk of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on FBO. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information/sources sought notice.   This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses to determine the type and size of participation in the acquisition. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to meet what is in the attached documentation. Responses must include contractor name, address, DUNS, SBA size standard, VOSB/SDVOSB status and a brief capabilities statement not to exceed 2 pages. The information should be sent to the Bethany Ireton, Contracting Officer via email: bethany.ireton@va.gov. In order to be considered in this market survey please reply by 2:00 PM (EST) on 4 August 2017.
