- Clauses and Provisions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0302 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334413 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Remove/Provide/Install 45 High Bay Lights in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) Period of Performance: 45 Days ARO SEE THE FOLLOWING ATTACHMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) - ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time): 4:30 PM, Wednesday, 2 August 2017 - RSVPs for the Site Visit (must be received via email) 9:00 AM, Friday, 4 August 2017 - Site Visit will take place 3:00 PM, Monday, 7 August 2017 - RFIs Due (must be submitted in writing) 3:00 PM, Thursday, 10 August 2017 - Quotes are due (must be received via email) SITE VISIT INFORMATION:  All interested parties must send an e-mail to the Contract Administrator stating the full name, company, and telephone number of all individuals to be in attendance no later than 4:30 PM Arizona Local Time, 2 August 2017.  The Swan Gate is a considered a high congestion area. Please bring all required personal and vehicle paperwork. Personnel shall meet at the Swan Gate no later than 8:00 AM (Arizona Local Time), 4 August 2017.  Any RFI's pertaining to this acquisition shall be asked no later than 3:00 PM Arizona Local time, 7 August 2017.
