This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. All vendors shall be registered at www.sam.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). This solicitation is issues as a request for quotation (RFQ) VA256-17-Q-1200. The solicitation is BRAND NAME ONLY for stretchers for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, Louisiana. All equipment must be new and under warranty. Note: Sources Sought notice was issued prior to this solicitation under VA256-17-N-1125. See solicitation for terms and conditions. Quotes are due August 10, 2017, 12:00pm, Central Standard Time (CST) via email only to Beth.Cook@va.gov. NO FAXED OR MAILED QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
